Dr. Shapoor Azizi was born in 1978 in Kermanshah province in Iran. He entered Shahid Beheshti University in Tehran on 1996 with the highest rank in the country. He completed his specialty in general surgery in 2010 at Shahid Beheshti University of Tehran and from the same year began his practice as a general surgeon in the city of Baneh in West Azerbaijan Province.
